类风湿关节炎功能状态的分类标准a
Ⅰ级：能完全从事一般活动和日常生活（生活自理，职业的及非职业的活动）。 |
Ⅱ级：生活能够自理并进行职业活动，但非职业活动受限。 |
Ⅲ级：生活能自理，但不能进行职业或非职业活动。 |
Ⅳ级：生活不能自理，不能从事职业或非职业活动。 |
a一般的生活自理包括穿衣、吃饭、洗澡、梳妆及上厕所。非职业（娱乐和/或休闲）和职业（工作、上学、做家务）活动应是患者愿意的、符合年龄及性别特点的。
